Para terminar um fim de semana de praia e sol na perfeição, nada melhor que acabar com o novíssimo tema do meu favorito Anoraak. Chama-se Above Your Head e foi divulgado pelo DJ francês na página de myspace.

Depois do magnífico EP Nightdrive With You, álbum que reunia 6 temas originais de synthpop contagiante, com enorme apelo aos anos 80, teclados retro refinados, batidas 8-bit, guitarras, ambientes cósmicos e a própria voz de Anoraak, que é nada mais que pura sedução, o produtor  estreia a primeira faixa do novo álbum, ainda sem data definida.

Above Your Head explora uma suave batida synth-pop que flui devagar e vai adormecendo o corpo, num ritmo tranquilo e sonhador de basslines que se demoram nos ouvidos.

To end a weekend of beach and sun in the most perfect way, nothing better than the brand new music from my favorite Anoraak. It’s called Above Your Head and was just released on the french DJ’s myspace page. Following the magnificent Nightdrive With You EP album, which brought together six original themes of infectious synthpop, with enormous appeal to the 80′s, refined retro keyboards, 8-bit beats, guitars, cosmic ambient and Anoraak’s own voice, which is nothing less than pure seduction, the producer debut the first track from the new album, with no release date yet. Above Your Head explores a gentle synthpop beat that flows slowly, letting the body  fall asleep in a quiet and dreamy pace of basslines that linger in your ears.
