Can someone explain me the concept behind the new video for Congratulations by MGMT? Apparently this sad-eyed half-bird half-Gollum figure in a state of decomposition illustrates the uncomfortable trappings of Fame … The little creature is ugly, but you can’t say that isn’t heartwarming.
